Concern or Interest with the Beetle Kill Epidemic: Am thinking of mass producing the game of Kubb (also known as Koob) out of beetle kill pine. Hope to market it locally and maybe regionally if it works out making the game out of a "soft" wood. Grew up west of Boulder, CO where my father and his partner set up a sawmill to harvest beetle kill as a means of fire protection. Worked many weekends at the sawmill. Love the wood & the beetle kill stain!
