Business Description: We have been using environmentally responsible materials and finishes, for our products since 1981. We also believe in utilizing local product when available to further decrease our carbon footprint.
Products and Services: Exterior door systems, complete interior door packages, cabinetry, furniture and mill work. We also supply "Windswept" products, siding, flooring and paneling. All of our wood products can be made exclusively from Colorado beetle kill pine and qualify for tax free exemptions under The Colorado Blue Program.
Concern or Interest with the Beetle Kill Epidemic: We have been producing products from beetle kill pine for over 28 years. There is a great misconception that because we have a large amount of this "raw" material that it all has a particular use in the industry. As more time passes the grade yield from each log becomes significantly less and more costly to produce. Higher grades of kiln dried lumber are required to produce our end products.
