Business Description: Steep Slope/ All Terrain Spider Excavating Services. We have a 2008 Menzi Muck 4x4 Spider Excavator, capable of safely operating on 100%+ slope and in up to 6 feet of water. We can operate numerous attachments: buckets, 360 degree rotating grapple, mastication head, harvester/ felling head, rock drill, rock breaker, etc. The machine uses biodegradable hydraulic fluid and grease.
Products and Services: Excavation, Lot Clearing, Limited access, support to other contractors. Our machine has far less ground pressure than conventional tracked machinery. Built in winch for skidding trees or moving materials close to the machine. Rubber tired, so can travel on road to various sites easily. Concern or Interest with the Beetle Kill Epidemic: I would like to see more pressure for creating fire breaks on public lands. Our communities are surrounded by infested acres of public land. An effort needs to be made to create fire breaks in these areas.
